Social contribution activities
Activities in various divisions and departments
Our individual divisions and departments engage in cleaning around their office buildings and fundraising activities throughout the year.
We also actively participate in volunteer activities in our local communities.
Chemicals Division
• Participates in joint patrols (cleaning activities in the Akihabara area), etc.
• Sponsors the Ishida Table Tennis Club.
Construction Materials Business Administration Bureau (Tokyo)
• Donates to UNICEF.
Coke & Carbon Materials Sales Department
• Participates in "Sekawaku Book," a program for donating vaccines to children around the world.
• Participates in SHAPLA NEER, the Citizens' Committee in Japan for Overseas Support.
Plastics Sales Department
• Collects PET bottle caps.
Kyushu Sales Department
• Collects used postage stamps.
Sapporo Sales Department
• Supports the activities of the Hokkaido Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
General Administration & Finance Department, Tokyo Headquarters
• Participates in the AkibaSmile Project.
Support activities
We support the activities of various organizations.
Children's homes run by social welfare corporations
We began supporting children's homes in 2009. In addition to providing financial support,
we participate in their events as a supporter and offer refreshments for seasonal events.
Others
• Supporting member of "Zenkoku Shuro Shien Jigyosha Kiko," a nationwide association of job support business operators (an approved corporation engaging in specified non-profit activities)
• Group member of Recycle Solution (a corporation engaging in specified non-profit activities)
• Crowdfunding for a parenting support organization (NPO)
• Official partner of Giravanz Kitakyushu for the 2021 season
