NC Construction & Architecture Materials Trading is a general trading company that handles construction materials.
Previously, the NCT Group's construction materials business was carried out at three bases: New Chemical Trading, NC Construction & Architecture Materials Trading, and Haiko-Honten. In April 2023, we integrated the construction materials division of New Chemical Trading with NC Construction & Architecture Materials Trading. The company sells cement, ready-mixed concrete, and stabilizers as well as undertakes soil improvement works. It has a yearly turnover of 20 billion yen and 60 employees. It has branches in Fukuoka, Himeji, Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo, all of which have taken root in their respective regions and work to meet local needs. Use of the void slab construction method for the dwelling floors of condominiums creates beam-free large spaces, while lighter slabs increase the economic efficiency of buildings.
